Migrants: refugees rehabilitate three cemeteries in Genoa

Forty refugees from Africa and Pakistan will rehabilitate three Genoese cemeteries in the Cesino, Pegli and Sestri Ponente areas until April 2022: this is the aim of the 'LGNet' project financed by the European Union, in which Genoa is the first Italian city to be involved. The EU-funded project aims to improve the quality of life and social wellbeing through the civic engagement of migrants in areas where there is a high presence of foreign citizens who have not yet achieved a sufficient level of integration.
