67,000 migrants landed in Italy in 2021, almost double the number of the previous year

In 2021, 67,040 migrants landed on Italian shores, slightly less than double the 34,154 of last year. From 1 January to 27 December, 9,478 unaccompanied foreign minors landed, compared to 4,687 for the whole of 2020. This is what emerges from the update (at 8 am this morning) of the statistical dashboard published online by the Viminale.
